Scholarship Description The Board of Directors for the Warrington Baseball Association, which sponsors the Warrington American Legion and Connie Mack Teams, is proud to be able to offer student athletes who have completed high school and successfully graduated a $500 one time scholarship in honor of Rich Stetler, a long time Warrington resident, organization contributor and retired coach.
Eligibility Requirements
Graduated from an accredited high school
Attending a four (4) year post high school college or university
Member of the current Warrington American Legion Team
Instructions Complete the application and write the required essay and mail your completed application and essay to: All applications must be post marked no later than June 1st of the current baseball season Grading Process The Board of Directors has established an objective point and rating scale based on the information required on the application. Essay’s will be read blindly and scored subjectively with only the current American Legion Manager knowing the essay’s author.A five member committee, including both Sue and Rich Stetler, has been established to review the applications.
